Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

LookerCenter is operated by Indisgo ("we", "us", "our"), a technology company headquartered in Sisli, Istanbul 34394, Turkey. We provide data connector services that enable users to stream Shopify and Meta Ads data into Google Looker Studio.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth. We use your email as your account identifier.

Platform tokens: When you connect Shopify or Meta Ads, we receive OAuth access tokens. These tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 (pgcrypto) and are used solely to fetch data on your behalf.

Usage data: We log API request counts, timestamps, and connector type for rate limiting and analytics. We do not log the content of your Shopify or Meta Ads data.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). We never see or store your credit card number. We only receive subscription status and customer ID from Lemon Squeezy webhooks.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and manage your subscription
• To fetch Shopify/Meta Ads data and deliver it to Looker Studio
• To send transactional emails (welcome, trial reminders, billing)
• To monitor service health and prevent abuse (rate limiting)
• To improve our product via aggregated, anonymized analytics (PostHog)

4. Data Retention & Caching

We do not permanently store your Shopify or Meta Ads business data. API responses are cached for a maximum of 5 minutes to improve performance, then automatically purged. OAuth tokens are retained as long as your account is active and deleted upon account closure or disconnection.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Vercel — hosting and edge functions
• Neon — PostgreSQL database (EU region)
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing (merchant of record)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• PostHog — product analytics (anonymized events only)

6. GDPR Compliance

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@lookercenter.com. We process Shopify data in compliance with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks (customer data request, customer redact, shop redact).

7. Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256 at rest. All connections use TLS 1.3. Access to production infrastructure is restricted to authorized personnel. We conduct regular security reviews of our codebase and dependencies.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (NextAuth session cookie). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. PostHog analytics uses first-party cookies that do not track you across other websites.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
