Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using LookerCenter (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Indisgo, headquartered in Sisli, Istanbul 34394, Turkey. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
LookerCenter provides data connectors that stream Shopify and Meta Ads data into Google Looker Studio. We act as a data pipeline — we do not store, analyze, or resell your business data beyond a 5-minute performance cache.
3. Account & Access
You may access the Service via Google Looker Studio connectors (no account required) or via our website dashboard (Google sign-in required). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share your connected account access with unauthorized parties.
4. Free Trial & Subscription
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all connectors. No credit card is required. After the trial, data refresh stops until you subscribe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. You may cancel anytime from the customer portal — access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. Pricing & Refunds
Current pricing: Shopify connector $5/mo, Meta Ads connector $5/mo, Bundle $8/mo. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Lemon Squeezy handles all refund requests as the merchant of record. Refunds are generally provided for billing errors or service outages exceeding 72 hours.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (b) exceed rate limits (60 requests per minute per email); (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) resell access to the connectors without authorization; (e) attempt to access data belonging to other users.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Shopify, Meta (Facebook), and Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or policy enforcement by those third parties. If Meta or Shopify suspends API access, we will communicate the situation and offer prorated refunds if applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
The LookerCenter name, logo, and website content are owned by Indisgo. "Shopify" is a trademark of Shopify Inc. "Meta" and "Facebook" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. "Google" and "Looker Studio" are trademarks of Google LLC. We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or data accuracy. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, we delete your OAuth tokens and usage data within 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
